Great post, I love Pink! What you said is so true. I'm not doing good now but your post gave me hope! I will break up with my alter ego too! And oh yeah "it's me, not you".

Loved your post-Thanks!!! For most of us a year isn't enought time to break the cycle of a lifetime of bad eating habits. I'm 10 yrs out and still pile food on my plate at the buffet like I never had surgery. The head takes a lot longer to tame even though we're shrinking and know what we can and can't eat. With your great attitude I'm figuring you'll be fine. Have a great one!
