Question for those who have had plastics

My highest weight was 339 and my weight when I had my lower body lift and breast lift was 140. Start getting consults now and see what the surgeons say. I have several friends who have gone to my surgeon and even though they are heavier than me by 30 or so pounds, he told them he thinks they're done losing and it was fine for them to look into plastics now.

I have before/after pics on my profile (password is abc123). My surgeon is amazing and I love my results.
