Yep, I was stalled for about 4 months from my 6 month post op until 10 month post op and now I'm losing slowly again.

Its very frusterating:(

I'm almost two months post op and I've only lost 25 pounds. 6 of those pounds were from the liquid diet prior to surgery.  I have been the same weight for 4 weeks now. Not sure what's going on really. Should I be concerned??

My longest stall (the only one longer than 2 weeks, which isn't even really a stall) was NINE weeks at about 9 months out.  NOTHING I did made the scale budge... increased calories, decreased calories, increased water, increased protein, decreased carbs, increased exercise a bit, stopped exercising, etc.  Those SAME things, though, have consistently helped me drop a couple of pounds every time my weight has crept up 4 or 5 pounds during the last few years... so sometimes you just have to wait it out.

Absolutely no need to worry about 3 weeks, though.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

I think I am riding the same wave you did about the same time. Thanks for your input Lora. Stalls stink for sure.
