Out of surgery yesterday and was pretty doped up most of the day.  did some water sipping and walked a few times.  
Today a bit better.  Have the gas pains from the gas they put in for surgery.  They said i was kind of a tough case as my liver was still pretty enlarged.  But things are going ok for me today.  
I have taken some walks, drinking lots, had some jello and some chrystal light.   Just chilling in between times.  Get to go home tomorrow.

Yep... lots of walking. And when you are sitting, don't just sit... move your legs, use your feet to write your name in the air (cursive too! ).

The gas pain was the worst day 2 for me.  By day 4, it was gone.  Congrats and welcome to the other side!!!  :)

 mama z...you hit the nail right on the head.  All of what you said is the way it is.

My pain is mostly gone.  i am stiff and have lots of "gunk" in my chest.  They say thats from anethesia.  I got home from the hospital today.  I have literally felt better each day after surgery.  Trying to drink lots of water and propel and eat jello and broth.  The hospital had wonderful broth i am not sure i can make.  lol
