Hey Holly.  I have been eating them without any problem for about 2-3 weeks now - per my doc and you are a week behind me.  I eat them every day now... carry a baggie of them in my purse.  Love them!

Good luck!

I have been eating almonds, walnuts for a while.  Definately before 10 weeks.  Just be sure to chew well.

I have been eating them since I was 8 weeks out. My only problem is that pecans now taste bitter to me ;((

Sunflower kernels have quite a bit of protein!

Nuts have been my friend since I was put on solids. Sometimes, 10 almonds are just what I need to settle my stomach when nothing else sounds tolerable. Peanuts and pistachios are ok, but I can't eat many before I get really full. I recently tried walnuts and cashews and they don't feel comfortable in my pouch. I think it's the higher fat content..that's what it feels like. But, I keep almonds in my purse at all times!
