phentermine after RNY

I'm going to go against the grain here and say go for it. However, I wouldn't rely on the phentermine alone. Heck, if that was good enough none of us would have had to have surgery!

Since you have it, use the phentermine TEMPORARILY in conjunction with going back to basics on your RNY plan. Eat like a 2-3 month post-op patient and exercise. Just don't use the phentermine alone or you'll only regain again.

Anyhoo...that's what I would do. Whatever that's worth.
