Question for people more then 4 months out

I also rely on whey isolate powder or RTD twice a day to keep protein grams at 100+ oz a day.  Just can't eat enough solid food to get it in.

I make my hot and cold protein drinks with water and they have under 125 calories - so not much.  I also like whey isolate powder in plain greek yogurt - double protein punch!

I love my protein hot lattes, shakes, puddings, yogurts, ice cream.  You have to do alot of experimenting with recipes, SF syrups, etc, but I found many I love.  I do eat about 1/2 protein bar a day - but have to watch calories and carbs with those. (I try for 10gm protein for every 100 calories.  I've seen protein bars with 400 calories!!)
