grocery list
so I am ten months out...I suck at eating....can you please help me get ideas on what to eat ...what needs to go on my shopping list.Im ready to do this right..eat what Im supposed to and acheieve maintance...thanks in advance for your help:)

WIsh I had anything real creative for you. My staple items are chicken, fish, proteinbars and shakes. I use chicken alot. One of the things I like best is to grill a few breasts then slice them into fajita type strips to be microwaved at a moments notice. A typical dinner is 4oz of chicken "strips" with 1oz of 2% milk shredded cheese melted ontop. Throw on some salsa and its pretty good and quick.
