4 month pictures
I put it in my "during" album on my profile. I am not as fancy with this computer box like the rest of ya so I can't attach it to this post. I am going to get my computer guru friend to try to figure it out for me some time. Do you really see a difference between the 3 months and 4 month pics? I don't really but it is 10lbs difference. Does my hair look thinner? I think it does, but I am really self conscience about that right now.

I used to look at the before and afters to get myself motivated to exercises. LOL Soon I will be my own before and after photo.
Keep a photo record of your progress. Even the people around you will not believe it when they look back at your before pictures. My friends see those and say, I never remember you being that big, then I show them picture of the 2 of us together and they just can't believe it.

Hey Lisa.........you look amazing. Seriously. Your hair looks great and not thinner as far as I can see. Girl, those size 13 jeans look a little big on you too (tee hee hee). You can see a difference between last month and this month in ur weight. You look great.

You are doing so well at 4 months out so I don't see an issue with you hitting any goal you set your mind to.
As far as the pictures, just copy the pictures from your profile and when you are in your post hit paste and they should show up.
