Unflavored Protein
I was told the protein wouldn't mix well in hot foods. Try one scoop in a 4-8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk or low fat regular milk. The jay robb vanilla is nice and blends well. You could add some cinnamon and /or nutmeg for a soothing fall drink.
If your requirements are anything like what mine will be, you need to take in two scoops a day to get in your requirements. You could also try adding it to sugar free pudding.

I use GNC brand unflavored protein and LOVE it. I use it all the time, and never had an issue with it. I put it in yogurt and pudding and stuff but usually make shakes with it. I take milk, add the protein, and kahlua SF syrup, maybe even some choc protein mix- tastes like a coffee shop drink. Or I make smoothies with water or milk, greek yogurt, fruit, etc. and throw the protein in there with Benefiber and YUM :) Sometimes sweetner is needed because of the yogurt though- no biggie.
