Just thinking...

about you RNY patients with more then one kid.  I don't know where you get the time, energy or stamina to keep up with the demands of raising kids AND keep up with this diet plan!  I have one kid and it ruins my schedule.
Today he was supposed to be done with football practice at 5pm I sat in my car in 104 degree heat and waited for over an hour.  Could not take it anymore and left to get some AC in the local Walmart.  I was STARVING by that time and ended up buying candy and crap, of course not for me but for my kid.  He doesn't need that crap.  I am going to make him fat IN PLACE OF ME!  I'm being just a bad parent!

I just don't know how you get it all done and get in all your food when you have little ones to take care of.  You are all super women in my book!  Just wanted you to know that I was thinking about you!

I have 4 kiddos and they actually help keep mom on track. they also have been picking up my habits no drinking while eating or after, protein first, limited junk..its great actaully. Now I do have trouble somedays with my vitamens as I get busy and forget to take some. Which I am working and hope to get back on track with those.

Wow!  4 kids!  That's a lot of work, but you are very lucky to have that many kids.  I wish I could have the patients to handle that many, I would love to have a whole bunch of kids but I don't have the patients for little ones so I never would have made it past age 5!  LOL  I can handle kids at around 7 to 10 years old, but prior to that they get ride my nerves.  But I do really love kids.....really I do

Yes you totally can!  I love them at that age!  I love their energy and their constant events and school functions.  I love the noise they make and the way your house just comes alive when they are home.  I love their funny comments and the way they look at life.  Kids are great, toddlers are a mess!  LOL

I have 2 boys. We run every afternoon except for Wednesday usually for karate and football. It's challenging trying to fit their activities, homework and dinner in before 9pm. I actually get 2 days off a week and then they still try to find something we need to do.

Aw, 2 boys.  I love boys!  I wish I had 3 boys and 1 girl.  I could only handle one girl as a teenager, they are so dramatic!

I have a 3 year old and an 18 month old and life is pretty hectic right now. I'm 2 weeks post op so it's not like I'm eating much, but I guess it's less difficult for me because I stay home all the time lol.

It's all about planning ahead. I never leave the house without a small cooler. Fat free cheese sticks. Life water. Low fat peanut butter and wheat thins. Good high protein snacks sometimes that has to be dinner because i have to eat while out. then am not hungry at dinner so at least I'm sticking to the program. Use that extra time to get in some exercise. Go for a walk. But always be prepared for those times when things run late. 6 boys who all play sports. Football. Hockey. Etc. Never mind the social life's.
