I have been taking Centrum since my surgery and my vitamin levels are good. I use the chewables and also take the kind that you swallow. I take one a day.

Your labs have all been good on just one a day?  I'm surprised because the ASMBS says we need 200% of the RDA of most things and you're only getting half that much.  Why did you decide to just take one a day?

My Nut told me to take one a day so that is what I have been doing. I just had my labwork done a few weeks ago and my levels were all good.  I do not know why but I have never had any issues except with Iron and D and I take extra doses of those.

I have been taking Centrum silver chewables from day one. 2 a day. My surgeons office said its the only drug store brand that compares to a bariatric formula.

I decided to go with Centrum as a "protest" to how hard my surgeon and his partner pushed bariatric advantage brand. I have no evidence to support this, but I got the impression they must get a pretty big kick back. Funny with all the different choices they only recommend BA.

Just how I am about that kind of stuff.

I was taking only BA vitamins also up until a couple of months ago when I switched a couple of my vitamins to Vitalady.  I used the BA vitamins because it was easier to get all of my products from them, but then I got fed up with their "customer service".

I've got a feeling this happens A LOT. Thank goodness my surgeon's office is not like that!

I have been switching back and forth between the Centrum regular chewables and the Centrum SIlver chewables fore several years (and occasionally I get the Celebrate pineapple strawberry for more flavor variety).  I then take additional Vitamin K (have to do an extra 200mg per day!) and D.

With the exception of the recent problem getting the Vit K up, and the problem with getting my Vit D up during the first year, my labs have been great for 4 years now taking the Centrum.

Thanks Lora!  I'm going to order a Vit K supplement because my K was low at one point and that's why I was taking the ADEK.  I'm also taking Vitalady's Vit D-50.  I was taking all BA products in the beginning for ease of ordering, but now I'm being more picky and choosy about the products I'm taking.

They are great.  Take two a day.  Note that they don't have iron so you'll need that separately - I don't think the BA ones have iron either, right?
