Non fasting blood sugar

Standing from a sitting position more often than not causes me to become momentarily dizzy. I decided to check my blood sugar randomly and it was 75. This is after eating the whole day...is it normal? Or too low? I know I need to get in more than 60oz of fluids so it's something I'm working on... Thanks for the input!

How long had it been since you'd eaten?

If the dizziness mostly happens when you stand up, it's probably that your blood pressure is dropping when you stand.

Take your BP sitting down and then stand up and take it again.  See if it drops a lot.

Normally a glucose under 60 is too low.  But do you normally run higher after eating?  A lot of us are diabetic or pre-diabetic and it would normally be higher after eating.  I think, I stress think, that your glucose peaks 1 hr after eating.
