Just made it home
congrats on the surgery. Yeah spend some time walking around the house or just outside your house. i walked down my long driveway a few times a day. Just give yourself permission to take it easy also. We tend to think we need to be up running in the first few weeks and really its a huge change and we just need the rest and the time to do some moving, drinking and learning to eat in a different way. I am 3 weeks out and still feel a bit tired but lately i have been feeling much better. EXCEPT i am tired of pureed foods. lol Another 4 days until my next appt. lol the most important right now is to rest, short walks to keep your legs moving, drinking and deep breathing to keep your lungs clear and help get rid of that gas inside you.
