Paperwork in for the third time

And hopefully last.  I went in for my last weigh in today (because my last weigh in was 5 days early) and faxed the paperwork to my surgeon.  They are supposed to fax the paperwork to the insurance company tomorrow.  On a good note, the doctor did not charge me a fee for coming in today because he felt it was unfair.  Lets pray that I get an approval next week....

Does it really matter the date of your weigh in? I am gonna be submitting to insurance this week and my surgeon's office said as long as I had a weigh in once a month it didn't matter. I acutally had 2 weigh ins that were 2 weeks apart because 1 was at the end of august and 1 in the middle of september. I hope all goes well for you though!!!
