i had oatmeal made with milk a a tiny bit of br. sugar today.  How about yogurt? Just anything high in protein.  check out bariatricfoodie.com and theworldaccordingtoeggface.com for breakfast ideas.  She makes some really good looking egg bites.  I know its still eggs but maybe prepared in a different way would be a change.

I wish i could eat eggs. I had my gallbaldder out 11 years ago and since then have had a problem with eggs.  and you know how it is with yogurt after eating it for so long on the soft food phase...lol thank you for the websites i will check them out!!!

I'm semi-vegetarian, but love soy "sausage".  Also, I've tried the P28 Bread -- a bit too chewy for me -- but might be an option if you want a piece of toast.  Cottage cheese pancakes are good.  I'm usually a late eater, so I grab a protein bar at my desk.

My favorite is Power Crunch PB Creme.  I also like the vanilla & the berry.  Not a fan of chocolate since surgery, but that is just me.

Power Crunch are a crunchy wafer -- not the chewy vitamin tasting things.

I noticed you have the same surgery date as me.  Good luck

I'm slow on adapting to food, so I don't have any suggestions for you.
