Just want to let everyone know that Im 10 months out and loving life!!!!! I have updated my avatar. Advise for 10 months out.??? Stick to the PLAN, stay active, measure your food... Know that there are up's and downs and plateaus!!! Lots of Plateaus....... You can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
