Reading Suggestions???
Beyond this board and my local support group, I am looking to obtain any reading information (books or websites) in which I am able to "research" the upcoming surgery.
Any suggestions would be a great help!

Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
I think that Kelly and Dawn had some great suggestions. I would also suggest the Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck, Winning after Losing by Stacey Halprin, Weight! That's Not The Issue by Dawn Adams, Weight Loss Surgery by Barbara Thompson, (she also co-authored WLS for Dummies).
I wish you all the best in your journey,
