Anyone tried Wonderslim products???
I have tried several of their protein bars which I ordered from Bariatricchoice.com. Their protein bars are good but I also like BariWise products (also sold at Bariatric Choice).
My food plan allowed me to introduce carb after 2 months post-op. I did and had no problems digesting them. I can't say it was the bars but after introducing carbs into my diet, I haad a 3 week stall and my weight loss slowed down dramatically. Since I'm only 3 months post-op I feel I need to maximize my weight loss window so I've stopped eating protein bars and other similar carbs. But once I get to my goal weight and enter into maintenacne I will reintroduce the protein bars back into my diet. They are the right size, they taste good and are a good source of protein.

I've actually tried a lot of their products and really like them. Many of the shakes can be mixed as puddings which is a nice change of pace - I get tired of drinking shakes. Dulce de leche was my favorite and I liked the toffee and cheesecake ones too.
I loved that they have mushy foods and not just shakes and bars. The sloppy joe is my favorite and the chili and macaroni with beef is good too. Just the right amount to fill me up and I don't feel like I'm skipping a meal. I like the cereals and snacks quite a bit too. In the winter both the WonderSlim and the Bariwise hot chocolate and mochas work well for me. The lemon and tangy orange drinks are kind of like protein crystal light or tang and I enjoy them too.
Not a huge fan of bars - I find them too sweet and diet tasting. The WS versions didn't stand out in my mind one way or the other. Haven't tried the pancake mix. Tried the egg but I'd rather just eat a real egg instead.
I just find them super easy and I can add extra protein if I'm behind without adding a lot of extra calories. I keep a box under my desk at work (there are some Nutrisystem meals under there too but they're usually too big for me to finish). I've tried stocking some frozen lean cuisines but they're too high in carbs and too big but for a few of my favorite flavors.
Basically WonderSlim and Bariwise both work well for me and once I figured out what I loved vs. what was just OK it gave me a really nice variety to choose from. Felt less deprived because I can make whatever sounds best to me for a snack or meal without getting stuck with 2lbs of the same shake flavor for a month.

I love wonder slim products with a passion! I love there zesty chill and vegetarian joe (I make each and then mix them and divide it into my meals, I have no tolerance for spice at all so the sweet of the joe counteracts most of the chill spice).
I do no****ch my carbs too carefully, mostly just worried about calories and protein. If you are very carb conscious then ignore this next part but Wonderslim has the best high protein bar I have ever had, I couldn't eat any that I have tried and then I met the Crispy Cinnamon meal replacement bar. OMG, i honestly enjoy it so much, as I said it was the first one I could take more then 1 bite out of, and I ate the whole thing and then ordered 10 boxes. Yes 10 boxes!
