All I know is right now, my energy is competely gone. I get a good 8 hours of sleep each night, but the last 3 days, I am sleeping for about 4 to 6 hours during the day. My caffeine is the same as normal. I am currently in my first slow (stalled) period of weight loss.
Is there anything surgery wise that could account for this extreme tiredness? It feels like I have mono I am so exhaused, and up until now, I have had pretty good energy since surgery.
Has anyone experienced energy drops like this?

I hit several "walls" energy wise during the first year.   I truly believe it was related to rapid weight loss, low calories, low- to - no carbs, etc.  Rest is good.  To be safe I would have it checked out - labs etc.

Have you had labs recently?  If not, it's about time to get them done anyway.  What's your iron level?  Ferritin?  B12?  Vitamin D?

along with labs, double check your protein and fluid intake. Are you getting some complex carbs?

I am feeling EXACTLY the same way. It's been going on for a few weeks. I cannot sleep enough, can barely make it through a day of work, and have not the will to do ANYTHING. I feel utterly exhausted. I also have had a very slow period of weight loss for the past 2 weeks or so.
