I am 4 Months out and have lost about 75 pounds. I exercised before surgery and I am still exercising 4-5 days a week for at least 1-1 1/2 hrs per day.
I have noticed that my appetite has increased. It seems as I am hungry all the time.

Is it because of the exercise or is it all in my head??
Can your metabolism change after weight loss and exercise???
I have been told I exercise too much!!!!

It's normal for you appetite to increase and so should your calories.

If you are building up and enjoying your exercise you will need to eat more to fuel your body so it doesn't eat up your muscles.

Have you checked out the Exercise and Fitness Forum? We've got all sorts of athletes over there-even Ironman participants and other endurance folks who exercise 5-6x a week for hours at a time!!
