Nothing serious, just curious.  For a few days now, when I drink (even water) I experience mild cramps that last less than a minute.  It's no biggie, but I am curious why even water causes it.  I am day one of mushy and I don't think the cottage cheese had that effect, it seems just to be liquids that are doing it.

yes i had that too mine eventually stopped once the pouch healed some,,warm tea did not seem to effect me as much as plain water,,i noticed if i kept everything at room temp it wouldn't do it as much especially if i just sipped it in instead of taking like half a mouthful,,LOL,it's funny but the shakes never did that to me even when cold,,but maybe because they just set heavier in my pouch, hope it gets better for you hun.

I was just at the water bubbler and had one of these episodes.  I don't know what causes it, but ice water and really ho****er don't cause it, it's water that's in the middle that seems to trigger it for me.

3 years post op. + And my pouch still hates water.  cold water.  or just plain water.
and other fluids - one day is better,.. another not so much.
You pouch may start healing. The nerves are healing. You body is adjusting.
