Breakfast Ideas
Most days my breakfast is a protein bar. Used to be a protein shake. Greek yogurt with fresh fruit is good, too.

Lately I have been having protein oatmeal. I shake up a scoop of unflavored whey isolate with about 1/2 cup of water and mix it into a packet of regular instand oatmeal. I heat it in the microwave for about a minute, stir it and microwave some more until it starts to look like it will boil over. I add some sugar free brown sugar and cinnamon syrup and enjoy. I also have 1/2 a banana.
