You have continuously lost weight, a lot of weight over the last year and THIS is your FIRST stall? Halleluah! That was a miracle. During weight loss, your body reaches a point where it needs to take a break and regroup. Have you been taking your measurements? This is usually the time that you lose inches. Be patient and celebrate your successes to date.

Girl, I checked out your pics and you look like a whole new woman!!
I know the stalls are scary, but they do happen and they do pass. When we get a year or more out it's especially scary because you feel like "Is this it? Am I done??". Maintenance scares me more than anything. I wasn't worried I wasn't going to LOSE it.. I worry that I won't keep it off. Ugh.

I think your last few pounds are going to be the hardest. You probably are phasing out of the mal-absorbption portion of your surgery to this is going to be the test of have you learned the new behaviors. I understand mal-absorb lasts 12-18 months so your body may be adjusting. Now is the time to stick to the new eating habits. The rest will come off - it may just take a bit. You're doing GREAT. Keep it up.
You had your surgery the day before me! ^_^ I've been at a stand still for about 2-3 months ..I'm stuck at 182! I've a ton of excess skin though so they dont want me to lose any more until after plastics are done so we can see where I'm really at.
Just keep doing what you're doing - consider yourself lucky that this is only your first stall!!
