I'm right there with ya this morning!!! My stomach is  killing me. Took some poopy meds this morning. LOL! TMI I know..... Hoping it works it's magic soon so I can get on with the rest of my day!

no wonder sometimes we cant eat much without choking. lol

I just had my 2nd meeting with the dietition today and asked her about consitpation after surgery (thought of it scares me to death) and she told me to start taking probiotics. There are many to choose from she suggested 'Align'. I haven't had my surgery yet but I bought them today and am starting them tomorrow!!!
Just thought that I would share that little tidbit of info!!

while i take pro-biotics im fine. but then after a while it starts back up. and if i run out of those. good lord.. i get backed up.
