Watched pots never boil & clocks don't tick

I am watching the clock, waiting for 3 hours to pass.  I eat every three hours (lots of water & SF Popsicles in between).  I just got home from Red Lobster where I had a yummy 1.5 ounces of Red Snapper and on my porch was a box of the SF syrups I ordered two days ago.  Man that was fast!

So now I'm waiting for 3 hours to pass until it is time for my evening protein shake!    I love my Isopure Dutch Chocolate shakes, but it will be nice to "dress them up" a bit.  Tonight I have a further problem:  deciding which flavor to choose as I have six to choose from...

I feel like the lady in that old Mervyn's commercial, leaning on the glass as she stares into the store chanting "Open! Open! Open!"   Hwy, I think I just saw the second hand moving!!!   Oooooh....

Watching the clock is probably one of the worst parts of this surgery.  I hear after a while it get easier and second nature but in the meantime........ tick tick tick

After a longish debate, I chose German Chocolate Cake.  I know--my Ispopure is dutch chocolate, but I thought it would make it taste richer.    It was delicious!!!!

After the second sip I had a moment of fear.  My mouth was watering and I thought "Oh No!  I'm dumping for the first time!"  But it wasn't that...my protein shake was so good that my mouth was watering for more...

I'm thinking that today I will try Peanut Butter.  Or maybe Creme de Menthe.  Or Amaretto.  I wonder how Butterscotch would taste in a chocolate shake?   I have Pumpkin too but I have doubts on how it would taste with chocolate, so I'll wait until I get some vanilla protein shake.

I'm new too (surgery was September 23) so i only know two brands:  Torani and DaVinci.  Both come in all kinds of wonderful flavors but I only bought 6 to start.  You can google them to find out more.  I bought mine online, but folks here have said that you can get them at World Market and Walmart.  Make sure you get the sugar free, though, because both brands also come in "regular" too.
