How long does the gas hang around?

I'm talking about the gas from the surgery.  I didn't have too much in the beginning, but I've had some pain the last week and a half that I thought was a pulled stitch or hernia.  Now I'm thinking maybe it could be leftover gas that hasn't worked it's way out.

It hurts when I take a deep breath and yesterday I noticed that when I take the deeper breath I feel it in my side and the back of my shoulder.  (which made me think gas)

If it is gas, I am moving about so what else can I do to get rid of it?  (i'm almost a month out)

When it's under the shoulder blade, etc., that means that it is close to being gone.  Maybe
a warm shower to open the pores??

Good luck!

I still have it under my rib cage to.  But maybe it's migrating upwards in stages?

That's right;  it has to move through your internal tissues to get to the exits!

A real PITA, I know.

FLY
Move your arms up and down and around.
You can also have someone pat you on your back
