Tortured by head hunger
ALL day today. Since I got up this am. Nothing satisfied me. Funny thing was I was the exact opposite yesterday and had to force myself to eat. (very unusual for me)
Tried to make good choices as I'm only a month out. Think my choices were good but in terms of quantity I had much more than usual. I got plenty of fluids and proteins so there's that.
My head hunger up to now hasn't lasted very long and as long as I had my protein it just went away. But not today.

Sometimes when I think I am hungry, I am thirsty. My plan is for many "meals" and drinking inbetween. When I do my 4 meals now at 1 yr out and 2-3 protein drinks plus my other fluid, I don't have room for anything else. I am hungrier some days than others and those days I add another protein or "meal". At your point in the journey, as long as you keep your food protein based and watch the carbs and fat, you should be ok having some days when you eat a little more.

Going through that same crap too. I have no issues on the weekends or at home, but when I'm at work, I really want to graze, because that's what I did pre-op. I also watch alot of food network stuff, and that seems to do it for me at home also.
I actually just caved, and ate two half servings of rice cakes....dumb empty carbs/calories.
