What are you doing different for a gain/loss? I worked out more. Did more walking and still says a gain.

I went back to basics this week. I have been getting lax about planning/bringing lunch to work and I have been snacking mindlessly at night. So, this week I have brought my (protein forward)lunch to work each day and have avoided snacking while watching TV (especially "carby" snacks) unless I was really hungry. As of Monday, the scale hadn't moved but I am sticking with it!!

I started towards my goal 2 weeks ago when you originally posted the idea. I joined a gym and started with a personal trainer last week. I had been in a stall for over a month. The first week I lost almost 4 pounds. Then I hit my period. I didn't loose anything for a week. yesterday I was down another pound. I have come to the conclusion that there are about 1-2 weeks per month I will not loose.
In short...I started out at 208 and am down to 203 as of yesterday.
