Okay, since surgery on 16 Aug, about the only thing that I can stand is ice water.  Krsytal Light is toooooooo sweet.  I liked the Snapple Lemon Tea prior to surgery but haven't been able to find diet snapple lemon tea until this weekend.  My daughter and I were in the dollar store and low and behold they had a shelf full of diet snapple lemon tea for 50 cent a bottle!!!!  I only bought two at first to mae sure that i could stand the taste.  Well needless to say i went back the next day and bought 20 more.  My question now is, has anyone drank the Lipton diet citrus green tea.  A coworker gave me one this morning after i noticed that it had zero everything (sugar, carbs, fat, calories, protein)  it does have 80mg of sdium.  Just wondering before I drink this if anyone else has tried this drink.  I loved the non-diet Lipton green teas prior to surgery and hope that I like this also.  I need a new taste in my mouth besides water.  If anyone has tried the green tea please give meyour thoughts.  Also let me know what else you drink to get your fluids in besides Krystal light or any protein drinks.

I like MIO. It's next to the Crystal LIght in a small triangle shaped silver bottle. It comes in like 6 different flavors and it's liquid. So you can control how much flavoring you put into your water so it doesn't get too sweet like with Crystal Light.

I LOVE the Propel Zero....PEACH to be exact....I freeze them to the point where they become slushy...I also like the lemon.....a(a light lemonade taste without being super sweet)..the grape and the black cherry and the berry  and strawberry kiwi I really dont drink much and some of them(grape for sure) seem VERY sweet to me too.  Good luck!

That Liption Citrus Green Tea is awesome, but I do no drink them because of the caffine in them. I have weaned myself off of caffine 100%. I drink Crystal Light, but I use WAY MORE water than they recommend to dilute it. Probably twice the amount of water. I drink the Peach Tea and the Fruit Punch Crystal Light diluted way down and it is delish.

Be careful when drinking tea. It needs to be decaf to actually count for your fluid intake.  I didn't see when your surgery was, but early out caffiene is not recomended.

However, I do love Diet Snapple Lemon Tea. So I can totally see buying some, especially at that price! :)

I drink a lot of decaf iced tea, decaf hot tea, herbal tea (hot or iced).  Lately I've been drinking a lot of decaf flavored coffee drinks - I use half water and half soy milk and microwave until hot, then add decaf instant coffee, sugar free caramel syrup and splenda.  I add vanilla protein powder, miralax and/or Upcal D, too, as needed!
