End of month one:13% EWL lost

Total of 13 lbs.  I have a hundred to lose. Kind of did it in two weeks really.  First week after surgery showed a 2 lb loss.  Following two weeks, things sped up a bit, then I hit that 3 week stall and nothing this last week.

Following plan though, and nurse is very happy with me.  Told me to keep doing what I was doing.  Things going smoothly.  Although, I'd be lying if I didn't admit, I'll be happy when the 3 wk stall is over.  I have a flapper costume to fit into for halloween!

CONGRATULATIONS!!  That is a great start!  I did the same thing while losing the entire first year....I'd lose for two weeks out of the month and the other two I'd stay the same....at the end of any given month though I'd have loss of anywhere between 8 - 20 lbs!
