HELP

I have a new message at the top of the page and although I've clicked on it, it only takes me to old messages.  What am I doing wrong, its still telling me that theres 1 new message there somewhere.

The new messages at the top can also indicate notifications.  Look there.

Mine does the same thing so i just delete my old messages and it goes away.  Good luck!
