I'm looking to bump up my protein.  I'm on real food and haven't had any significant food
issues yet.  I'd love to hear what your favorites 10 g protein meals are.  I'm eating about
2oz now.

Thanks

Even on real food, I would say that greek yogurt is a great way to get some extra protein in! I would also say that if you can handle turkey jerky that is also a great, low calorie way to up your protein intake, I would encourage an increase in your fluid intake with the jerkey!!

I can't stand Greek yogurt so if you are like me you need something else. I love to snack on nuts. 6 grams of protein for an oz. My favorite is blue diamond butter toffee flavored. I find it at Walmart. Also you can snack on soy nuts or edamame. Another favorite of mine is beef jerky. You can get in in all different flavors and kinds. There's the beef sticks and the nuggets and the original kind. You can get 10 - 15 g in an oz. Very tasty too!

Greek yogurt, with a spoonful of sugar free cheesecake flavor pudding mix.  Although I'm not sure you'd get ten grams in just two ounces.

Cottage cheese is another great choice.

A slice of cheese has about six or seven grams, depending on the type of cheese and how big the slice is.

A scrambled egg with shredded cheese mixed in can give ten grams in a pretty small serving.

I take a can of chicken, warm it up, then top it with cheese, lol bit of sour cream, and taco sauce. Kinda like a chicken taco.

I'm a fan of tuna salad, egg salad, and chicken salad. An ounce of each of those (or 1 egg) is 7gms of protein.

Any fish is an awesome way to get in protein. I keep filets that are individually frozen--salmon, tilapia--you can get them seasoned--cajun, teriyaki (make sure sugar is ok), parmesan crusted, nut crusted.

Good luck!

It's not a "meal," per se, but I get 10 grams of protein from my tall skinny vanilla latte at Starbucks. Satisfies my coffee craving and gets me a 10 gram boost of protein.
