I'm 10 weeks out and I've been eating tomatoes, apples, pears, strawberries, skinless grapes, up to 2-1/2cups watermelon, blueberries, 1/2 a small banana & lime/lemon juice (I eat lots of shrimp ****tail 3-4x a week). So far fruits have not given me any problems, even the ones I leave the skin on
. I just make sure to start w/ a small piece the first time and chew really well. Good luck to you.

i'm 2 months out and i've had the following without any problems.
blueberries
blackberries
raspberries
apples
bananas
strawberries
I was tolb by my surgeon and NUT that most people don't dump from the natural sugar in fruit and milk...that its refined sugar that's added to most foods that cause dumping. So other that the sugar in milk and fruit, I try to stay under 6g of sugar per serving for all other foods.

The only other fruit I have found I like in a protein shake is frozen Peaches. If you don't dump on Bananas you should be safe.
