hernia

My hernia will be history in a while. It's 6 am, and they start doing surgeries at 7:30. My stomach hurts more since he attempted reducing it. He gave me the option of staying overnight, and fixing it this am, going home today. Or waiting until tuesday. After the reduction, I couldn't face waiting. Love this surgeon. He was the one who assisted on my RNY, and he also did the bowel resection that I had 6 weeks post op. Got a horrible headache. Probably stress. Still no desire to eat/drink. Would love to brush my teeth. My mouth feels yucky. I feel yucky.

The PLAN is... surgery. I wake up, urinate, and get up to walk. Go home around lunch time. Will have help for the kids the ENTIRE time.

Only complaint is I sat waiting for so long in the ER, not allowed to drink, that I went from boardering on dehydration to severe. Took 7 needles before the iv was placed. I look pretty beaten up.

I'm still here. Drinking, peeing, walked some. Sore so it's all slow going. I am back on bariatric clears. I am going home if I have to sign out. This bed sucks. Dr is great.
