I'm home.... hernia repair yesterday

I'm home from my emergent hernia repair surgery. Things look good. I had two more areas that the muscle looked weak, so he stitched it to prevent more hernias. Took out some adhesions from my hysterectomy. And of course fixed the one I had. The bowel looks good. No bad effects from the hernia. I'm very very sore! Lots of pain. lots of limitations. Can shower today. But can't move the bath chair, so waiting on my father's arrival. My teenager is giving me grief because he doesn't wanna do what he has to do to help. My older of the twins (the one that walks) has been my right hand so far this morning.

Glad to hear your home!!  Teens...........I work with them all day at the high school level!!  LOL  Sometimes they just don't want to help in any shape or form!!  I hope things get easier for you!!

Sometimes teens can be selfish, but maybe if you have a heart-to-heart he'll come around, because sometimes they can be incredibly giving, too!
