So i have 3 things to say...
1:  i went down two sizes in underwear...Yah NSV!!!

2:  If you ever go to Culvers they have a fantastic grilled chicken breast and its so good and tender and tasty.  Today i had them put a slice of swiss cheese on it.  I can't usually eat a whole breast but the last bit i had left will be eaten as a snack.

3:  I am going to be getting in around 70 grams of protein today with only food.  This is my oatmeal made with milk for breakfast...i ate 1/3 cup for 8 g.   Lunch a 3 oz chicken breast with swiss cheese on it for 15 g with the cheese as 8 g.  For dinner tonight i plan on eating a Turkey Burger with Seasonings and Cheese for 31 g  & a small amt of spag. squash.  and for snack i will eat some cottage cheese.  This lands me about 75 g but i may not get all the turkey in although its a 3 oz burger.  I just really need to up my water intake as it dawned on me that i am much more active actually working and moving and standing and bending for 8 hours a day which requires my body to need more water.  I have not lost any weight for about 2 weeks now so i now know i can get my protein in, (if i think i am low in protein i have a protein shake at night), i am getting lots of movement in but i am low in my water intake..or not low but getting my basic requirement is all.   Oh and my calories for the day..670.  Need to lower my fat a bit..not sure how much fat i should be getting a day.  I normally eat low fat cheese and i buy the 2% cottage cheese as there is not as much difference in the calories and such.  And this is not necessarily a typical day..but for today i know i am getting in over my required 70 g.

Sounds like you are making good choices. I was getting in about the same amount of calories as you are when I was 2 months out. And I don't think I have hit the required amount of water on a single day yet!

Keep up the good work!

well this isn't an everyday deal...but really i love chicken and turkey so i just really try to do them every couple days and i live off the left overs.  so my family doesn't need to live off of chicken but i can.  Also i will do things like make meatloaf or meatballs and i can live off that for a few days.  lol  i never was a left over person but now since surgery i am.  Chicken and Turkey have a lot of protein in them so if you can manage to eat a couple oz of even deli turkey with some lo fat cheese every few days for lunch that will work.  I eat a lot of lo fat cheese.  It doesn't seem to bother me BM wise...so far. haha.  I can't seem to like the greek yogurt.  Its just to blah to me but i keep trying.  Today i put some strawberries in a bowl with some splenda to sit and mix for a bit..i will try to add that after a bit to some Fage and see if i can eat that.  Sadly i love yogurt but most even light yogurts have so much sugar and not a lot of protein.  i did find some last night (target brand) that has only 9 g of sugar for a container and it was like 7 g of protein.  would make a good snack.
anyways, good luck and let me know if you all come up with any high protein ideas.

I love Culvers, but we don't have them in California.  I was in Phoenix a couple of weeks ago, and I made everyone eat at Culvers twice.  I had the grilled chicken breast too.  I did have a bite of my mom's turtle sundae, but just one bite was all I needed.
