"dumping"?
Ok so all day ive stayed away from carbs. i had about 700 calories and 61 grams of protein. The stats were too good and i just HAAAAD to have something sweet. i ate half a donut which would be 10 grams of sugar and 5 grams of fat. now i have a bounding pulse and feel jittery. it will last for a good hour. is this dumping?, if not..any ideas on what it could be?
