Dumb question?
I would count only 16 oz. The protein powder and the fruit are not fluids.
Now, sometimes I make a shake with 8 oz of skim milk and a handful of ice, plus protein powder. I end up with a drink that's about 12 oz altogether and I count 12 oz there for the ice is just frozen fluid. But I would not count frozen fruit as fluid.
