Dumb question?

If I make a protein shake with 16 oz of water, a crystal light single serve pack, two scoops of protein powder and a handful of frozen fruit and the yield on the shake is 32 oz, does it count as 16oz of fluid or 32 oz of fluid...

Math is not my strong suit ;)

I would count only 16 oz.  The protein powder and the fruit are not fluids.

Now, sometimes I make a shake with 8 oz of skim milk and a handful of ice, plus protein powder.  I end up with a drink that's about 12 oz altogether and I count 12 oz there for the ice is just frozen fluid.  But I would not count frozen fruit as fluid.
