HELLO EVERYONE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU KNOW OF ANY HIGH PROTIEN SNACKS THAT I CAN KEEP IN MY POCKET BOOK I AM AN AIDE TO AUTISTIC CHILDEN SO MY DAY IS PRETTY BUSY SO I NEED TO KEEP SNACKS THAT I JUST TAKE A COUPLE OF BITES AND BE SATISFIED BUT ON THE SAME TOKEN GET AS MUCH PROTIEN AS POSSIBLE

Hats off to you and the job that you do.  It is not an easy one!  My son is autistic and his paras have been saints and have been the key to his successes at school.

Kelly gave you most of my ideas.  I also keep jerkey in my car as I spend lots of time there for work and sometimes need a snack.  You can cut the jerkey up into little bite size pieces and pop them in a zip top snack bag.
