Ultramet low-carb protein shakes

I have been getting alot of ultramet protein shakes lately and I really like them. They are well tolerated, which has been an issue with shakes with me in the past. Please tell me they are a good source of protein. I need the opinion of some of the veterans on this. Thanks for your input. I value your opinions.

The protein blend it offers appears to be made up of sources we can absorb and it contains 41g per packet. There are 20g of carbs per packet, but only 3g sugars.
