Support and resources in the Lakeland Fl area

Hi all,

Im at home recupping from surgery, I am having lots of time to think about everything. One of the things that is weighing on my head is my plan to relocate to Lakeland Fl. My daughter is completing her 8th grade in July 12... as soon as she is done we are leaving,  My questions for you guys is, would i find a doctor that I can trust and will be able to follow up with my RNY process?>> Is there a good support group in the area?  Anyone from that area please let me know... So far Im in the process of obtaining info about High Schools for my daughter.  Eventually the job search will start...

Well, I'm not sure about Lakeland, but my surgeon is in Orlando, it's about 30-40 mins from Lakeland. His Name is Dr Robert Marema, and he is with US Bariatric.
The support group is held in Lake Mary, which is a good hour+ from Lakeland, but it is only once a month.
