My first NSV!!!
OMG what a week...... So I had a non-scale victory this week 2 actually First I was able to buy my first pair of jeans in 7 years and the second was I noticed that my belly wasn't driving lol.
Then it turned crappy... I went to bend over to pick something up off the floor last night and I threw out my back so I more then likely wont be in the gym all week which sucks for weight loss but I need to heal so that I can push on
