Bad week

Hello all.  This has been a horrible week.  This is the anniversary (one month) of the death of our family friend, Rufus, so it has been a hard day today.  I have not been to the gym all week, as I have had a migraine for the last three days and could barely move.  Not to mention I have an 11 year old that likes to wait until the last minute to do her projects and didn't do it until last night but we did get it done, with much teamwork.

On a good note, the migraine is gone .....so far.... So I will definitely be at the gym tonight.  I will ask my trainer how I can get three days of a workout done when I only have three more days left this week.  I think I may only get two days in and if that is the case, it is better than NONE....

I am waiting for my doctor to get me the letter so I can file my appeal, which has taken him two weeks and I told him I only have 60 days and it has been six weeks.  Please send me some prayers that I can get an approval from the appeal. I am so worried that they are going to deny me again, as I am at 39BMI with no co-morbidities but when I started I was 47BMI with no co-morbidities.

Thanks for letting me vent and have a great Veterans Day.  Thank you to all the men and women who keep us safe on a daily basis and to all the veterans who keep us safe in the past.  You don't know what it means to me to know that there are men and women who put their life on the line on a daily basis to keep us safe.....

We all have those days, weeks, you name it. While there is no way to fit three days worth of workouts in one- the best thing you can do is to go back as soon as you are able and keep on going. It is as much about consistency as it is about how hard you work, so just go back when you can and don't beat yourself up about it. :)

Sorry that you're having a rough week.  I hope things improve soon.

Also, from your post - you do have co-morbidities.  You have migraines - mine have improved substantially since I lost weight.  How about arthitis?  Bladder leakage?  GERD? Whatever it takes!

Good luck with your appeal.

Sorry you've had such a rough week. Hope things get better for you and that your appeal goes through. Great job with the work outs.
