Did you take your vitamins today????
Start the vitamins...It's important. If you get a "clogged system" you can add Magnesium Oxide (3 times a day) and Dulcolax stool softner OR Miralax which has no side effects and makes things work smoothly. Also "good fat" like Fish Oil capsules or avodcado or olive oil works good too!
Iron and vit C are important, and if you get behind on Iron there is no "popping a few extra pills and catching up" but instead you will need IV infusions...Very expensive and time consuming.
ALWAYS take care of yourself first...There is always a supplement to help with constipation or vice versa. Vitalady has some good stuff on her site and use the SEARCH function here on OH (type Constipation) to find natural non-dependant help.
