I have found the gym helps. My trainer has me doing boxing...major stress reliever. Just when I'm getting into it our session is about over! The elliptical is a bit of a stress reliever.

I'm not the big super exerciser. It's just what I"ve noticed lately.

I will also go sit at my favorite coffee place, take my laptop and spend some time studying or writing, with my favorite coffee.

Old habits still include zoning out on a movie to shut out the world.

I was planning on using exercise as one. Hoping I can get into it. Looking for other healthy ways to cope when I can't eat [or drink] for "comfort" [seratonin boost].

The most reawrding is for me to exercise!!! Refreshed me! And I see results! take that stress! Kicks its butt!

I do have bad ways.... I found myself going back to bad habbits of grazing like a cow. sitting at my desk all day on and off. SO .... I brought bananas.... Lets just say... eating a ton of banana's makes you stop grazing!!!! I had to retrain myself!!!

I spend alot of time in prayer!
Take my kids to the park or even just outside!

Crank my iPod as high as it can go!
I like going for walks outside  ~ some nice deep breaths of cold air!

I don't care for any additional supplements ~ lord knows I take enough each day!!
I've been declared a slow loser - and couldn't be happier!!
 I  can,  I  will.
