two month stall... and frustrated
Here's yesterday foods:
Breakfast: 2 eggs over easy. Used Pam. Some salt, and pepper to taste.
Between breakfast and lunch my 23 ounces of water bottle.
Lunch: tuna, 2 ounces 1 tbsp of mayo light
Had my bottle of water. 23 more ozs
dinner: turkey burger
had my 23 ounce bottle of water before bed too.
snack: i had a 100 calorie pack of pretzels.
I was low on protein yesterday, but my pouch wasn't happy. It hasn't been much since my last surgery.
suggestions?
Oh surgery was 1-11-11.
Just wondering, are you recording everything you eat?
If so your total for yesterday would be
Kcal 581, Fat 28, carbs 4, pro 50.
If you eat that every day you would have lost weight in 3 mos. My 65# 12 year old eats much more than that.
People can stall for awhile by not eating enough but not for 3 mos- Eating 500 Kcal per day is called starvation
I am not recommending you eat that way it is an ungodly small amount for 10 mos out. Perhaps you are taking in calories without knowing it.
I would suggest recording everything that goes in your mouth, keeping calories around 1000, keep your protein high and your carbs low (even a 100 cal pack Will increase your cravings for carbs) and increasing your activity.
Keep working at it. The less you have to lose the harder it is to lose it.

you are not taking in enough colories for one and two it doesn't seem to me like your getting enough protien either.
