Whatcha eatin today?
I like the weekends, I seem to automatically eat less. Probably from lack of boredom. Not that I have nothing to do at work during the day, I just look forward to breaks and therefore, food that I get to eat during them.
Anyhow, here's the plan for the day:
Breakfast: egg mcmuffin with only one half of the muffin
Lunch: Ground beef mini pizza
snack: some kind of hot protein drink
Supper: dh's friend is bringing over wings. So prob those and a veggie.
Snack: maybe a chobani
How about everyone else?

For breakfast I had scrambled egg, no cheese, with just a teeny tiny bit of butter to cook it, probably 1/3 teaspoon, and a bit of whole grain wheat bread, dry, and a cup of coffee.
For lunch I will have 2 slices of very thin chicken lunchmeat wrapped over 1 ounce of cheddar cheese and a little bit of whole grain mustard and a cup of low sodium V-8 juice.
For dinner I have a roast braising in the crock pot with zucchini, carrots & potatoes. My family will eat that tonight and then I will add more vegetables to the 'stock' left in the crockpot this evening and I'll have vegetable beef soup to last me a few days. I love to add cabbage to it, but it stinks up the house, so I don't do it because I don't want to get *****ed out LOL
For a snack I'll either have a yogurt or a mini-protein shake. I haven't been getting in enough protein lately, so I am working on that, especially since I've lost a LOT of hair.
