Do you measure your food?

I really don't.  In the beginning (I am almost 10 months out) the Nut recommended it, but there wasn't room for much more than a tablespoon at a time of real food.  I live by myself (which makes it easier I think) so I don't have to set the table etc and I have plates and bowls that are the right size for me.  I have a soup cup that holds about half a cup and couple of saucers that are plenty big for everything else.

You will get so you just sort of know when to stop.  A couple of times with the too full feeling and you figure it out.  Keep in mind you can eat more of a liquid type of food like soup or chili, (and I eat mostly those) than you would a piece of meat.

You are at the stage when you can incorporate more foods in your diet so it may take a little while to figure out how much fits.  My NUT said that chili was the perfect food for us as it has lots of protein in the beans and meat and you get your veg form the tomato.  I use turkey brats or sausage for the meat as they have good flavor and the meat gets real tender as it cooks.  Hope this helps.

Not always any more but I do plenty of times.  I measured leftover roast beef today for lunch but didn't measure the kale I ate with it.  I know it is way too easy for 1 oz of cheese to be 2 oz when I am not paying attention.  Soup I don't actually measure but I know where 1c is in my bowl.  I do track my food each day with the on-line tracker on this website and you have to have a pretty good idea what you ate to keep track.

On a typical day I do, and always when packaging leftovers for the freezer. I fortunately have strong full signals that help. I especially have to measure the softer proteins such as yogurt, cottage cheese as I know my eyes are bigger than my stomach.
