appeals

well I recieved my final denial letter for pannicultomy,my insurance sucks....the last appeal was suppose to go in front of a panel and the last guy who turned me down sent his notes,basically I feel he poisoned the well,they said he would not have anything to do with the last step.....and it would go to a panel and they would view my info with fresh eyes no preconvied nothing...it took him 2 weeks to look at my paperwork,I dropped off new paperwork plus the old stuff pics,etc on monday and they called me wednesday to say it was denied...thats it.
